On the occasion of the annual concert of the DAAD USA, UA Ruhr will be hosting an alumni & friends gathering. Alumni of the University of Duisburg-Essen, Ruhruniversity Bochum and TU Dortmund University & friends are invited to the in-person event for snacks and a drink and are welcome to join the Sound Understanding concert at Carnergie Hall.

Sound Understanding is DAAD and the DAAD Alumni Association's annual concert showcasing the young, talented DAAD music fellows from Germany who have spent the past year studying at music schools in the US and Canada. The music fellows are selected in a national competition among the best students at Germany's renowned music colleges!

Alumni & Friends of the University Alliance Ruhr (TU Dortmund University, Ruhr University Bochum and University of Duisburg-Essen) are invited for a round of bubbly on April 21, 2022 5.00PM at Bar Culaccino,  235 W 56th Street, New York, NY 10019

and DAAD's Sound Understanding concert on April 21, 2022 7.00PM at Carnegie Hall, 881 7th Ave, New York, NY 10019
