2026 New Year's Reception

University Alliance Ruhr will co-host the 2026 New Year’s Reception on January 14, 2026, at the German Hub in San Francisco, hosted by the German Center for Research and Innovation (DWIH) San Francisco. The event will bring together alumni of several German universities and research institutions, as well as partners from academia, science, and innovation across the Bay Area.

The reception will offer an informal setting for networking and exchange at the start of the new year, with welcoming remarks and opportunities to strengthen transatlantic connections within the German American research and innovation community.
