Queer AΦ Europe – Queer Analytic Philosophy: Social Concepts and Categories

On June 16, the UA Ruhr College for Social Sciences and Humanities will host the Queer AΦ Europe conference, co-organized by Nico Orlandi (University of California Santa Cruz) and Tobias Schlicht (Ruhr University Bochum).

Date: June 16, 2025 | 1:00–6:30 p.m. CEST (Essen) / 7:00 a.m.–12:30 p.m. EDT (New York)
Location: Essen, Germany (Hybrid)

The conference focuses on cutting-edge work in analytic philosophy that draws on queer experience and theory to examine social concepts such as gender, race, identity, and social emotions.
