Transatlantic Ruhr Fellowship 2025 Closing Reception

The Transatlantic Ruhr Fellowship 2025 concluded with a warm and memorable reception on September 12, 2025, at the iconic Museum of Illustration. Organized in collaboration with the Society of Illustrators, the nation’s oldest nonprofit dedicated to the art of illustration, the evening brought together fellows, stakeholders, and friends of UA Ruhr at the Society’s historic venue on East 63rd Street in New York City.

The reception honored the accomplishments of this year’s fellows from Ruhr University Bochum, TU Dortmund University, and the University of Duisburg-Essen. It offered a meaningful opportunity to reflect on shared experiences, celebrate achievements, and strengthen transatlantic connections.
